A standard Pint, rebuilt from the ground up
VESCed with a Floatwheel drop-in kit, a custom 21700 P50B pack built to fit, and custom laser etched rails to show its VESC roots.

Printed parts, custom batteries and full builds for most Onewheel boards. Pick a colour, change a detail, or send us a file. Everything is made to order on machines we run ourselves, so your board does not have to look like everyone else’s.

Email an STL, STEP or 3MF (or just a link to one) and we will quote it by hand: wall thickness, orientation and whether a part will survive a footpad impact all get checked before anything goes on a plate. Bulk runs for group buys are priced separately.

Crundwheel are an official supplier for Mason Fagé in the EU, and these hooks are an incredible solution for anyone who wants to ride with more control and less fatigue. The hooks are printed in soft TPU, and the design has been optimised for both comfort and performance.

Custom packs, rebuilds and repairs: cell choice, fusing and fitment worked out with you before anything gets welded. High-drain cells when you want torque, high-capacity when you want the miles, and an honest answer about which one your riding actually needs.
Every pack is spot welded, fused per group, tested for capacity and logged before it goes back in the board. If yours has a fault rather than a design problem, we will try to fix it first.
Wiring, custom looms, controller configuration and fault-finding on VESC-based builds. Correct gauge for the current, routed clear of rail edges and heat, and limits set to your pack rather than left at defaults.
If a board is throwing faults or a build has stalled part-way, send us what you have and we will work out what it needs.
Printed parts, custom packs and VESC work: three boards we saw all the way through.

VESCed with a Floatwheel drop-in kit, a custom 21700 P50B pack built to fit, and custom laser etched rails to show its VESC roots.

Custom rim savers printed to fit and the mag handle re-lined, bringing a well-used board back to something worth riding daily.

Designed for Luke Massey to take his XLV project into volume production: a folded sheet metal frame that swaps machined parts for stamped and bent stock, so units can be made in quantity rather than one at a time.

Awards for Shred the Shires 2026 and the medals for the EOL Finals. Multi-colour medals printed in batches with the artwork built into the part rather than stuck on afterwards, so nothing peels off a lanyard by the end of the day.
The trophies were printed on a Sonic Fusion 4K Mini, cleaned up and mounted on turned wooden bases.
One of them was hand painted as a special raffle prize, raising money for a local charity.

My brother discovered the Onewheel first and one go on it during lockdown was all it took! I bought my own about five years ago and never really got off it again.
By day I’m a Principal Electronics Engineer, and I’ve been designing and making things on the bench and on a printer for about as long as I can remember.
I built my first 3D printer about a decade ago and I started making bits and pieces for my own board pretty early on too. After the fifth or sixth person in our local community asked if I could print them something as well, it clicked: if that many people near me needed things, riders across the whole country probably did too. That’s the whole reason Crundwheel exists.
Outside of Crundwheel I help run Shred the Shires: building the event’s website, have 3D printed every trophy and medal since it started, and running the bar and catering. At Send It Surrey I fly FPV, streaming the racing live to a big screen for everyone to watch.

Ben 3D-printed an AirTag holder that slots perfectly into my GT-S rail. Great fit, great work.

I ordered some fender adaptors for my XL. Ben tweaked the design to make sure they'd fit, and the print quality was excellent — highly recommended.

My board only works coz Ben makes good stuff!

Very happy from the very start, the forceflows gave me an immediate confidence boost with that locked in feel while still be able to bail out if needed. I managed to try a few bonks and bonk drops that I never even imagined to try before. Really happy customer 🤙🤙

These are the best hooks I've used. I prefer them to overlanders. My feet stay in place over the chunkiest terrain and I have a more confidence in jumps and drops. I would definitely recommend Ben's force flow hooks!
A few other events and businesses in the Onewheel world worth knowing about.
