We build packs around your Onewheel and your riding style: cell choice, pack shape, BMS and fusing all decided together. Every pack is spot welded, fused per group, tested for fit and logged with its own capacity test before it ships.
Two built to order and one brought back from a fault, each started as a conversation about how the board gets ridden.
The brief. A Pint rebuild needed more range and more push up short climbs, without adding bulk to a lightweight board.
What we built. A 15S1P pack on Molicel P50S cells: high-capacity cells, to make the most of the limited space. Single-parallel layout keeps the pack small.
Result. Torque well beyond what the board came with, and no sag on the climbs that used to push it. Range pushed up to where the rider needed it.
The brief. A five-year-old board losing range on a daily commute and struggling up the hills. Range was the priority, without breaking the bank.
What we built. A slimline 15S3P pack on P30B cells reusing the stock battery box, Balance leads carefully planned and routed to avoid any crossovers and keep the thickness manageable.
Result. Range way past what the board did new, and a pack that will last for years to come. The board is back in service and feels like a massive upgrade.
The brief. A Chi Battery pack that would not report cell voltages properly. The board was refusing to charge past a point and the rider did not want to have to replace a healthy pack over one wire.
What we did. Tested each cell group and located the bad wire. Stripped the pack down far enough to inspect the balance loom, traced the fault to a broken solder joint, resoldered the joint, tested and resealed the pack.
Result. All groups reporting again and charging normally. The pack went back in the board rather than in the bin.
